Welcome to Crative. By working with us, you agree to the following terms. We keep things simple, clear, and fair.
1. Our Promise
Crative designs and delivers websites that help small businesses attract customers and grow. We’ll deliver what we agree to in your proposal — on time, on budget, and at the quality standard we’re known for.
2. Your Responsibilities
To keep your project moving:You’ll provide all required content (text, images, logos, etc.) by the agreed deadlines.You’ll give clear feedback within the review periods so we can meet launch timelines.You confirm that you own or have rights to use all content you send us.If you delay supplying content or feedback, project timelines will shift accordingly.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to start your project.The remaining 50% is due before your site goes live.Payments for ongoing maintenance or monthly services are billed upfront each month.Late payments pause all work. Continued non-payment may lead to removal of the site from our servers until your account is settled.
4. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your package.
Extra changes or additional functionality beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work continues.We don’t charge for small tweaks — but full redesigns or new requests after sign-off count as new work.
5. Launch & Handover
Once the final payment clears:Your site goes live.You’ll receive admin access, credentials, and a short walkthrough video.Crative is not responsible for issues caused by edits or third-party plugins made after launch (unless covered under a maintenance plan).
6. Maintenance & Support
If you’ve subscribed to a Crative Maintenance Plan, we’ll handle regular backups, updates, and security checks as agreed.
Support outside of your plan is billed hourly.
7. Intellectual Property
When full payment is received, you own the rights to your website’s design and content.
Crative retains the right to showcase your project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.If a project is canceled midway, you’ll be invoiced for the portion completed.If Crative fails to deliver the agreed work, we’ll issue a fair refund for any undelivered portion.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep your site safe, secure, and running smoothly — but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime or immunity from every online issue.
Crative is not liable for loss of business, revenue, or data due to hosting issues, third-party software, or misuse of the website after handover.
10. The Fine Print
These terms can be updated occasionally, but we’ll notify you before any major changes.This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country].By paying your invoice or signing a proposal, you agree to these terms.
